Fà la cosa giusta! 23rd-25th March It is the 15th edition of the national exhibition of critical consumption and sustainable life styles.

In this almost spring day, I propose you an event, not to be missed, that will take place in Milan the next weekend. In pavilions 3 and 4 of Fieramilanocity, the 15th edition of “Fà la cosa giusta!” will occur: the first and biggest fair of critical consumption and sustainable life styles in Italy. A most alternative exhibition for all those people who want to know amazing situations where good consumption and production practices are followed, so as to give value to specifities and excellences.
Born in 2004 as a project of Terre di Mezzo publisher, this year it will celebrate its 15th edition, a big goal for this event which saw over 700 exhibitors and 70000 visitors last year.

10 will be the topic areas of this edition, meant to fulfill every need of the contemporary and aware women: eco compatible furniture, Fair trade products, natural cosmetics, organic food, critical fashion, childhood suggestions, products and services for the world of womanhood, with particular care for innovation, needs, quality, ethics. Beside the exhibitors the fair will house many events, workshops, meetings, presentations, tastings and shows for people of all ages; HERE you can consult the cultural program.

Chickpeas Hummus

Chickpeas hummus is a very ancient and traditional Middle East recipe. A delicious cream, of a delicate and aromatic flavour, with a bit of lemon acidity balancing its taste. It is mainly served as a hors d'oeuvre dish and a seasoning sauce, in the dugout pita bread, as well as on unleavened bread; excellent on the Indian chapati bread, too. To make the dish even more tasty, I suggest to add a sprinkling of paprika just before serving.


250 gr of dried chickpeas
1 lemon
2 spoons of Thaina
2 cloves of garlic
Olive Oil
